Your purchase provides one named individual with a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use these resources for their own professional development and work.

If an organisation purchases the bundle, the licence applies to one nominated individual. It does not provide access or usage rights to the wider team or organisation.

Intellectual property

All guides, templates, tools, audio materials, written content, designs and supporting resources remain the intellectual property and copyright of Rachael Bonetti.

Purchasing the bundle does not transfer ownership of the materials or grant permission for commercial, organisational or educational use.

You must not:

• Share, copy or distribute the original resources or blank templates.

• Upload the materials to a shared drive, intranet, membership platform or resource library.

• Upload the materials to artificial intelligence tools or other systems where they may be stored, reproduced or accessed by others.

• Resell, sublicense or provide the materials to another person.

• Use the materials to create training, courses, workshops, consulting services or competing resources.

• Remove copyright notices or present the materials as your own work.

• Share your login details or access with another person.

Unauthorised use may result in access being withdrawn and further action being taken to protect the intellectual property.

Refunds

Because this is a digital product supplied with immediate access, refunds are not provided for change of mind, failure to use the resources, purchasing an incorrect product or already owning part of the bundle.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
