Kickoff Strategy Session (45 minutes)
We begin with a private session to map your personalised pathway through the Academy.
Together, we’ll identify:
• your unique strengths
• where influence is being underutilised
• the shifts that will support you stepping into confident business partnership
• the strategic priorities that matter most over the next 12 weeks

You walk away with a clear, grounded and tailored roadmap — not a one-size-fits-all plan.

Personalised Asset Review
During the program, you’ll have the opportunity to submit by email one high-impact professional asset for private review. This may include a strategic piece of work — such as your Executive Partnership Plan, Workflow Reset Map or Strategic Priorities Blueprint — or a tangible career asset like your CV, LinkedIn profile or Performance Review Self-Assessment.

You’ll receive a sharp, strategic feedback report to refine your thinking, elevate your positioning and strengthen the quality of your work so you can present yourself with clarity, confidence and authority.

This is a premium level of refinement designed to accelerate your growth inside the Academy and support your next step as a trusted business partner. This review must be completed within the live component of the program, and your chosen asset will need to be submitted before the final week of the Academy.

Completion Review (60 minutes)
We wrap with a private reflection and strategy session to explore:
• how your confidence and authority have expanded
• what strengths have surfaced
• how your understanding of driving business performance has evolved
• and where your next level now sits

You’ll leave with clarity, momentum and a personalised next-steps plan to continue your growth beyond the Academy. Your completion review session must take place within two weeks of the live component concluding, with all calls scheduled no later than 6 May 2025.
